All-in-one system provides high speed, in-line operation

Cases may feed directly from the case depalletizer to the decaser. They are automatically timed from back-to-back or random spacing and no special infeed conveyor is required. An optional 180 degree inverter is available to feed cases from overhead conveyor.

Cases are accepted at infeed and conveyed by motorized flight bars throughout opening and bottle unloading to discharge, ensuring precision operation.

Gentle container handling with no-drop unloading

Only this decaser offers A-B-C's exclusive design that automatically opens all four flaps, allowing containers to glide gently from the case to the unloading belt as the case is lifted. Containers are under complete control throughout for maximum container stability. They remain in their pack pattern, spaced and separate, until single filed with minimum contact.

We offer a variety of single filing options to customize this function specifically for each container, to ensure maximum container stability and maintain integrity, whether running lightweight glass, small containers, flasks, or irregular shapes. The Model 156 uncases a wide range of glass and plastic containers, including round, non-round, oval, flask, and special shapes, in many container heights. It has special features to accommodate lightweight plastic containers and small, lightweight glass containers.

Changeover is simple with most case changes completed with simple hand crank adjustments.
