This case sealer's heavy gauge steel frame is welded and bolted for strength and vibration-free operation. The upper operating mechanisms are secured to the frame by a solid rack and gear system. Drive shafts are solid 1-1/4" steel.

Clear sliding guard doors enclose the machine, keeping your line operators safe while allowing full visibility of operation. Safety interlocks stop machine operation when the doors are opened to allow full access to the machine.

Product feed and line speed fluctuations are easily accommodated

The metering roller infeed accepts cases from the line as they approach the sealer. Whether in random or back to back sequence, cases are spaced automatically in proper position to ensure precisely synchronized flap folding and sealing.

Reliable minor flap folding and case-squaring major flap closing

The trailing minor flap is closed by a reciprocating tucker that provides positive folding and ensures smooth major flap closing. The major flaps are smoothly folded precisely at the scoreline by contoured folders. This proven design is key to forming square cases.

The adhesive sealer has a steel tongue that rides between the flaps as they are folded, squaring the case and preventing flap overlap. The tape sealer employs a guide rail that squares the case during tape application.

NO-CRUSH compression rollers square cases as they seal

The adhesive sealer has an integrated compression section with flexible rollers that compress the case flaps securely. The flexible rollers provide full compression for cases of varying height and provide square, well-sealed cases that perform well at the palletizer, forming strong and stable pallet loads.
