With new distribution channels boosting their sales, our brewery customer was looking to increase their production line efficiencies and speeds. Automating their depalletizing operation was key to achieving their goals, as the bottle feed to the line is critical to performance all down the line.

This depalletizer offers complete flexibility to run both their bottle styles without requiring change parts or downtime. To accomodate a tight line layout, the bottles are single filed from the discharge table to the bottle cleaner. This depalletizer "checked all their boxes" for a simple, compact, flexible, and dependable bottle handling solution.
