When you make award-winning vodka your customers want it in every size, and the 50ml mini bottles are a popular choice! To keep their product pipelines filled, this customer determined that automation was the solution and this depalletizer sets the tone for the line.

The bottles are 50ml glass rounds with a 1-1/4" diameter x 4-5/8" tall dimensions. The depalletizer handles the small, lightweight bottles with precision, keeping them upright and stable throughout transfer from the pallet to the discharge conveyor. Layers are squared before transfer, and bottles are held on all four sides as they move from the pallet to discharge. The variable frequency motor drive provides soft-start, soft-stop operation for the vertical transit.
